Because each item is made to order in our workshop, our standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.

How do I care for my plywood furniture?
Cleaning is simple: use a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners. We recommend reapplying a food-safe wood wax every 12 months to maintain the protective seal and luster.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for our standard collection items in original condition. Please note that custom-made or bespoke orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Is assembly required upon delivery?
To ensure safe transit and reduce shipping costs, some of our larger items are delivered flat-packed. We provide clear instructions and all necessary hardware for quick and easy assembly.
