At Made in Ply, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your furniture. If your piece isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for standard items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Securely repackage your items in the original plywood-safe packaging to ensure the edges and surfaces are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized furniture courier to collect the item from your home at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our workshop inspects the returned piece for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
